Who We Are
Kiik Network aims to cultivate a vibrant community where Black women connect, learn, and inspire each other to excel in their respective fields. The ultimate goal is to contribute to increased representation and influence within leadership roles across diverse industries..
We envision a sisterhood of thriving women of color excelling in leadership roles, contributing significantly to various sectors, breaking barriers and inspiring the next generation.
Kiik will provide mentorship, support, and a diverse professional network to early, mid and later-career women of color, empowering them to achieve their career aspirations.
What We Do

— Nurturing Collective Growth
The Kiik Network model embodies a vision where every woman of color finds a supportive professional community to connect,
learn, and inspire one another to thrive in their respective fields.

— Fostering Growth Through Communities
Central to this model are “Communities” – small groups of women who gather regularly, either virtually or in person, to share
experiences, tackle challenges, and pursue common goals. These Communities cater to fostering personal and professional
growth within a supportive environment.

— Enriching Resources and Connections
Looking ahead, Kiik Network plans to bolster these Communities with educational resources, discussion guides, and
workshops aimed at enhancing leadership skills, boosting confidence, and advocating for oneself and others. Moreover,
members extend beyond their individual Communities, becoming part of a larger network where social media, events, and
future conferences facilitate connections and knowledge-sharing across diverse backgrounds.

In its commitment to progress, Kiik Network aspires to engage in research addressing the unique challenges faced by women
of color in workplaces and society. This research will inform advocacy efforts aimed at promoting policies and practices
conducive to racial equality.
